Job Summary

The ideal candidate will own the entire job production process. They will strategize with other internal team members to ensure operational excellence. They will also run quality assessment to ensure customer satisfaction. Job types to be managed are Roofing, Windows, Siding, Paving, and Sunrooms.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, assign, and direct work
    • Maintain multiple work crew’s schedules
  • Prepare operational schedules, and coordinate install activities to insure production and quality of products/workmanship meets specifications
    • Schedule job by coordinating material delivery, work crew, disposal removal and customer availability
    • Verify material orders
    • Verify, fine tune, and deliver job scope to work crew
    • Verify work performed by doing a final walk through and making sure work crew does the work according to job scope
  • Develop, communicate and ensure compliance with all policies and procedures
  • Appraise performance of work crews
  • Address complaints and resolving problems
  • Assess customer issues by going to location and checking on the issue
  • Maintain a positive relationship with every customer
  • Final measure projects as needed
  • Ability to make repairs for customer issues
  • Provide estimates on repairs and miscellaneous jobs
  • Develop relationships with, hire, vet, and assess work crews
  • Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly production statistics

  • Solid knowledge of safety procedures, OSHA and environmental rules and regulations

Preferred Qualifications   

  • 5-10 years of experience and knowledge in the housing construction industry
  • 3-5 years of prior supervisory experience
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) knowledge desired
  • Lean Manufacturing knowledge
  • Bi-lingual English/Spanish
