Now that spring is (finally!) here, it’s important to look at your roof and gutters to ensure that they made it through the winter unscathed.
But what do you look for?
Wind, snow and age are often the culprits of damage to your shingles. Are all of the shingles on your roof lying flat?
Ice damming over the winter is a leading cause of damage to gutters. Is your gutter still firmly attached to the roof? Does the pitch look correct, or is water not flowing through it properly?
